We’ve been all over this one for a while… Bear Russell Weekly is breaching to the upside here – I will now look for two things: (1) a revisit to the prior resistance for support at the same to signal more strength or (2) a straight run to next resistance at the next ceiling…
Either way, things are looking bullish in this vehicle (i.e., bearish for the indices)…..
